अधिकृत वारेशनामा प्रमाणीकरण

अधिकृत वारेशनामा दिनेले नियोग प्रमुखको अगाडि अधिकृत वारेशनामामा सहीछाप गर्नुपर्ने हुनाले नियोग प्रमुखसंग अग्रिम समय मिलाएर मात्र आउनु पर्ने छ ।
आबश्यक कागजात ः
१. नेपाली कागजमा रितपुर्वक (नेपालमा कानून व्यवसायीकोे सहयोगमा) तयार पारिएको अधिकृत वारेशनामा दुई प्रति (लिने र दिने दुवैको फोटो टांस गरिएको) ।
२. अधिकृत वारेशनामा दिनेले दूतावासलाई सम्बोधित रितपुर्वक (नेपालमा कानून व्यवसायीकोे सहयोगमा) को निवेदन ।
३. अधिकृत वारेशनामा दिनेको राहदानी र नागरिकताको प्रमाणपत्रको सक्कल र तथा प्रतिलिपि ।
४. अधिकृत वारेशनामा लिनेको नागरिकताकताको प्रमाणपत्रको प्रतिलिपि ।
५. हक हस्तान्तरण गर्न लागिएको जग्गाजमिन सम्पत्तीको कागजात (लालपूर्जा, रसिद, आदि) को प्रतिलिपि ।
६. सम्बन्ध विच्छेद सम्बन्धी अधिकृत वारेशनामा भए विवाह दर्ता प्रमाणपत्रको प्रतिलिपि ।
७. शुल्क युरो २००।–

The Embassy certifies Power of Attorney of a Nepalese nationals. The concerned applicant must come in person to the Embassy after seeking an appointment for the same purpose.

Required Documents:

A joint application from both parties (drafted by a certified lawyer)
Two copies of Power of Attorney draft prepared in the format as prescribed by law, mentioning the name and license number of the lawyer who prepared the document and accompanied by the name, details and signatures of two witnesses
Copies of citizenship certificates of both the parties
Citizenship Certificate and Passport of the applicant
Other relevant documents (Property ownership certificate, etc)
Photographs of both the parties
Fees: Euro 200/-
